All MAEGIRLS orders are carefully packed and dispatched via Royal Mail.

United Kingdom

Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

International

Delivery typically takes 10–15 working days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• Returned with all tags attached

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
