Where We Ship

MAEGIRLS ships from the United Kingdom to customers worldwide.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate to every destination. The rate is shown at checkout, converted into your local currency where applicable, before you pay.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery times below are counted from the day your order is dispatched, and are estimates that cannot be guaranteed.

United Kingdom: 3-5 business days, delivered by Royal Mail.

International (including the United States and Australia): 10-15 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing within the receiving country.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that apply in their country. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in our shipping rate.

Order Tracking

Every order has its own unique tracking number. 

Delayed or Lost Parcels

While we work closely with Royal Mail to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@maegirls.com and we will be happy to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. MAEGIRLS cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
