Customs Fees & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are determined by your local government and are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required upon delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Duties Paid Orders (Where Applicable)
For selected countries, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout. If this applies to your order, no additional customs charges will be due upon delivery.
If duties are not collected at checkout, your local courier or customs office may contact you for payment before delivery can be completed.
Delivery Delays
Please note that customs inspections and processing times may occasionally cause shipping delays. Unfortunately, these processes are outside of our control, and delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed once parcels enter customs clearance.
Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details when placing an order. Incorrect information may result in delays, failed delivery attempts, additional customs charges, or returned parcels.
Refused Shipments
If customs fees or import charges are refused by the recipient, the parcel may be returned to us or destroyed by the shipping carrier. In these cases:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping and carrier fees will be deducted from any eligible refund
- Refunds will only be processed once the parcel has been successfully returned to us
