How We Dispatch Your Order

All MAEGIRLS orders are carefully packed and dispatched via Royal Mail. We want your daughter's new swimwear to arrive safely and beautifully — every single time.

Dispatch Schedule

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Here's exactly when your order will be sent:

Order Placed Dispatched
Monday – Thursday Same day or next working day
Friday Following Monday morning
Friday (before a Bank Holiday) Following Tuesday morning
Saturday & Sunday Monday morning
Bank Holiday Next working day
Please note: Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning. If that Monday falls on a Bank Holiday, your order will be dispatched Tuesday morning instead.

Once dispatched via Royal Mail, please allow the following delivery times:

Royal Mail 1st Class 1–2 working days
Royal Mail 2nd Class 2–3 working days
International 5–10 working days
Please note: Delivery times are estimated by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During busy periods such as school holidays and peak summer season, please allow a little extra time. 💗

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your daughter to absolutely love your MAEGIRLS order. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we are here to help.

Returns window: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed. Please ensure you try swimwear on over underwear.
