At Maecharm, we want every little bestie to feel loved from the moment their charm arrives. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
💗 Our 14-Day Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Charms must not show signs of wear or damage
• Proof of purchase is required
If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
📩 How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for the return
• A photo if the item is damaged or faulty
Our team will reply with next steps within 1–2 business days.
🚚 Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using a tracked service - Maecharm cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear
• You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
